Founder & CEO
Ray spent two decades banking ultra-high-net-worth clients at some of the most respected institutions in the world, including Bear Stearns, J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Raymond James, and Bank of America. Over that time, he originated billions in loans and delivered sophisticated cash management and financial solutions for clients with complex financial lives. That experience gave him a clear view of what independent advisors were missing and what it would take to build it properly. He founded Sandbox in 2023 because he saw that solving that problem required building something new.
Joseph Olenick
Chief Technology Officer
Joseph leads platform architecture and engineering execution across all Sandbox systems, including lending infrastructure and third-party integrations. With more than 25 years of experience leading engineering teams in fintech and enterprise software development, he brings the depth and discipline required to build financial infrastructure at scale. He has worked in some of the most demanding environments in the industry, and he applies that same rigor to every layer of the Sandbox platform.

Deena owns UX strategy, product design, and design systems across all Sandbox platforms. With more than a decade of experience designing complex digital products at both startups and established enterprises, she specializes in translating sophisticated technical systems into intuitive, elegant user experiences. Her background and broad experience is key to our elegant and intuitive user experience.

Head of Go-To-Market
Marni leads advisor acquisition, partner distribution strategy, and revenue growth across RIA and family office channels. With over 20 years of experience working in wealth management and early-stage fintechs, she understands both the advisors Sandbox serves and the dynamics of building distribution in a competitive market. Her work has been central to establishing the channel partnerships and advisor relationships that underpin Sandbox's growth.
