This privacy notice is provided by The Sandbox Companies, Inc. (“Sandbox”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and is intended to provide the users of our services (“Covered Services”) legally required disclosures under financial laws like the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, as and to the extent applicable to the Covered Services (“Applicable Laws”), together with information about what non-public personal information we collect, how we collect it, why we collect it, and when we can share it, when you use any of our Covered Services.
Financial companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some, but not all, sharing.
We work with a number of third-party banking and lending service providers (e.g., your bank or credit card companies) that use and offer our Covered Services to you in connection with their own services they may offer you. In order to use our Covered Services, we need to collect certain information that is voluntarily provided by you. Because these Covered Services may be considered to be “significantly engaged” with financial activity performed by third-party banking and lending service providers with whom you have a relationship, Applicable Laws also require us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information.
Please read this notice carefully to understand what we do.
The types of personal information we collect and share depend on the Covered Services involved. This information can include:
Social Security number and income
Account balances and account transactions
Checking account information and assets
